DO I HAVE TO RENT AN INSTRUMENT FOR A MINIMUM PERIOD?

No minimum period is specified, however there is a minimum charge for the first month.

CAN I RENT WITHOUT OWNING A CREDIT CARD?

No, you must have a credit card in your own name. A card owned by a friend will not suffice, however parents may rent on behalf of their children.

I CANT FIND A LOCAL DEALER WHO STOCKS AND SELLS YOUR PRODUCTS?

We will advise your nearest dealer if you CONTACT US. At the same time you may wish to include the name, addresses and phone number of the outlet in your area that you think should be selling this product. We will discuss with the outlet, the possibility of them being of direct assistance to you in the future.

I DO NOT SEE PRICES ON YOUR WEB SITE

That's true. Prices for instruments are very competitive and we pride ourselves on being among the least expensive of all suppliers. A quick phone call can put you in the picture and if you have left your phone number on the web reply, we will of course phone you with all the relevant information.

I LIVE IN SINGAPORE - CAN YOU SELL ME AN INSTRUMENT?

We sell to people all over the world. Our own trade mark "The Sound" is a range of instruments sourced from some of the finest manufacturers in the world and all are available globally and very good prices.

YOUR PRICES ARE VERY EXPENSIVE

Not so. Our prices are in Australian Dollars and when converted to the local currency the very favourable exchange rate, places our products among the most reasonably priced in the world today. Some customers confuse the $ sign with the English or American currency which is much more expensive.

CAN YOU QUOTE A PRICE INCLUDING FREIGHT TO Svalbard?

Yes. We can either give you a price FOB (Freight On Board Eltham) or give you a price including freight to your address. Be that in Australia or Overseas.

DO YOU REPAIR ALL WOODWIND AND BRASS?

HOW DO YOU FIX A TUBA?

We use a tuba glue ; - ) Sorry about that !

WILL YOU QUOTE ON A REPAIR?

No, however after seeing the work, we can give a good indication of the probable bill. It is of course impossible to give any indication of price over the phone without seeing the instrument.

DO YOU TRADE IN?

Yes, and in fact, these trade-ins are given loving attention and offered for sale. They are a good source of instrument for the budding or price conscious musician.

DO YOU BUY SECOND HAND INSTRUMENTS?

Yes, we have a very strong wholesale business and support a network of dealers across Australia.

CAN WE DO DEALS?

As our prices are up front and honest, we have no room to move further in negotiations on price.

CAN I GET A MORE CURVED NECK FOR MY CURVED SOPRANO?

No, the more curved neck is not produced any more. Articles found on websites indicating to the contrary are wrong. The current configuration of the production neck on the SC models has been developed to improve the attributes of the curved soprano to an extent that this saxophone is unquestionably the greatest curved soprano in the world today.
